Will Hrachya Harutyunyan be extradited into Armenia?
The relatives of driver Hrachya Harutyunyan, who was convicted by Moscow Court and was sentenced to 6 years and 9 months in prison, have applied to the Justice Ministry with the request to extradite him into Armenia. “We are waiting for the answer of the Ministry,”- Hrachya Harutyunyan’s daughter Lilith Harutyunyan said to “A1+”. According to her words, during that period she hasn’t talked to her father on phone. We remind that Hrachya Harutyunyan is accused of the car accident case on July 13 in New Moscow, as a result of which 18 people died. Hrachya Harutyunyan accepted his guilt. Hrachya Harutyunyan was charged with the RF Criminal Code Article 264 (Violation of Traffic Rules and Rules for Operation of Transport Vehicles) and Article 327 (Forgery, Manufacture, or Sale of Falsified Documents).
