A SKYSCRAPER OPPOSITE THE CINEMA HOUSE
Support A1+!A 22-storeyed «elitist» house will soon be built opposite the Yerevan Cinema house. The project has existed for a long time, but according to the initial project it was supposed to be a 4-storeyed one. The ex architect of Yerevan Narek Sargsyan informed about it today.
According to him, the initial project has been agreed with by the ex head of the Cinematographist Union Sergey Israyelyan. As for the second one, it was ratified during the session of the architectural council in which Narek Sargsyan never participated. According to our information, the session took place secretly.
Although Mr. Sargsyan informed that skyscrapers will be built near the Cascade and he will not oppose to it, but he is against the construction of 22-storeyed buildings right in the center of the city.
