TIGRAN NAGHDALYAN’S MURDER CASE VERDICT MADE PUBLIC

Today Review Court of Criminal and Military Cases published the verdict on murder case of Tigran Naghdalyan, Chairman of Public TV and Radio Company Council.

As the prosecution had demanded Court reduced the punishment set for one of the defendants, Grigor Petrosyan /Mzdr/ from 7 years to 5. The verdict for the rest of the defendants remained unchanged.

It is to remind that Armen Sargssyan and killer John Harutyunyan were sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment. Felix Arustamyan who thrice had a chance to kill Naghdalyan but didn’t was convicted to 12 years in jail and Gegham Shahbazyan, who was the link between the customer and the performers was condemned to 11 years in prison.

Armen Sargssyan’s advocates are going to apply to the Appeal Court, then to the European one with numerous facts on infringement of human rights.
