Mikael Melkumyan, the NA vice Speaker, announced that it was important to give a fundamental evaluation to the RA economy during the budget discussions. "One cannot run a business with constant damages. Life is getting worse. Shall we applause you for the budget you have suggested? Armenia is unable to change the atmosphere when it comes to economic monopoly columns that are viewed from above and you, ministers, cannot change the situation.
