136 citizens taken to police stations: Police
Today 136 citizens were taken to the territorial divisions of the Yerevan City Department of the Police, press service of the police informed “A1+”. To remind, yesterday the police started taking the people to the police stations, noting that their action is illegal. Everything started when the demonstrators demanded to transfer the food they had brought to the gunmen in Erebuni police compound, but the policemen didn’t allow. The police used special measures against the demonstrators, including tear gas, as a result of which many citizens were injured. To remind, for already the 5th day, members of Sasna Dzrer (Daredevils of Sasoun) group stormed Erebuni police compound and took some policemen hostage, including high ranking policemen.
