Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s proxy Pargev Mnatsakanyan was beaten at 1/21 election district in Malatya-Segbastia community. He was taken to hospital.

Voting booths are installed in differently at various election districts. According to the law, the voter should stand with his face to the election commission, but it is violated in many election districts.

Today at 10:45 Paronyan Street in Yerevan was closed, since at number 24 school after Spendaryan, where 9/11 election district is located, a number of high ranking officials have been voting for many years during the elections.

Levon Ter-Petrosyan does not have proxies in the city of Abovyan any more. They all were made out of the city by force.
