About 30-40 people have gathered outside, while their number at the precinct is 50-60. During 15 minutes one bus and 2 mini buses approached the precinct full of people. Entering the precinct we registered open voting, which was also registered by Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s proxy. Only after our arrival, a policeman appeared and began controlling the situation. The deputy head of the commission, seeing us, began ordering and inviting people out and justifying that they had entered without the commission’s permission.
Some young men approached us and asked not to record the incident. In general, only Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s proxies are discontent with the election process. But they are unable to prevent mass violations. At number 29/9 precinct the situation is controlled by the brother of the Mayor Seyran Darbinyan.
“A man is hiding behind the voting booth, he watches and hints secretly who votes for Levon Ter-Petrosyan and deliberately spoils the ballot paper or does not put a seal on them”, said one of observers, who did not mention his name.
