He also referred to cases of vote stuffing, scuffles and irregularities.
“Obviously, pro-government members and chairmen of election commissions have been assigned not to sign dubious protocols,” Pashinian says.
HZhK member Grigor Harutiunian says that the authorities have employed the state apparatus to rig the elections in favour of their candidate.
“We shall no longer let the authorities exercise power in the country. It is high time to overthrow the tyranny in the country.
To note, the pre-election headquarters for Levon Ter-Petrossian has issued a statement today.
“Voters’ have been attending precincts since early morning. The authorities, concerned over voter turnout, started applying all methods, starting from bribery to power exertion. Proxies have been forced out of precincts. Foreign and local observers have registered irregularities,” the statement runs.
