On October 9-10 after the 3rd annual conference of TRASECA’ intergovernmental commission held in Yerevan a multilateral Accord on Multi-modal Freight Transport was signed between the Transport Ministers of Armenia, Georgia and Bulgaria, which was suggested by the Armenian side as long ago as 1998.
