Two citizens on scooter in Sevan. Condition of victim severe
On September 26, at 9:23 pm, the "911" hotline received an alarm that at about 19:00, a citizen left the shore near the Sevan peninsula with a scooter and did not return yet. The rescuers found the scooter on the shore at the ship's vicinity near the island. It turned out that two citizens were on the scooter. They fell off the scooter and swam to the nearby coast of Harsnaqar restaurant complex. Rescuers provided appropriate medical assistance to an unknown person, who was hospitalized.
