Tevan Poghosyan: We should have our model of transitional justice system
Tevan Poghosyan, the head of the International Center for Human Development, is not afraid of the idea of creating a transitional justice system. "It would be good for our political parties to negotiate on the negotiating table what actions they expect in the system. If we try to agree with all of the letters of the law, then we can have a system where everyone should be arrested." As for snap parliamentary elections, Tevan Poghosyan is certain that there will not be such a situation that we do not have elections, even the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) realizes it.
