Lawyer Arayik Papikyan sees no logic in the move and reminds that lawyers initially offered to examine the case as a whole, but the judge rejected it. “I think they have done it deliberately to weaken us," he says. Nina Karapetyan, a lawyer and President of the Helsinki Association, says that dividing the case into 3 parts is obviously ineffective. “We will do one and the same thing 150 times. I think that judicial authorities will soon receive a verdict suitable for the authorities and use it for other cases.”
