Policemen hit and emptied boxes of elderly women selling fruits (video)
Facebook user Anna Martirosyan posted a video on her page, which shows how at about 15:50 the people in police uniform and civilian clothes from 2 vehicles hit and emptied the boxes of the elderly women selling apricot and cherry on Mashtots-Khorenatsi crossroad. In connection with it Ashot Aharonyan, Head of Information and Public Relations Department of the Police, presented a clarification stating that the police are aware of the incident, “Department of Inner Security of the police investigates the incident, which happened during the joint action carried out by the police and Yerevan Municipality. Additional information will be provided.”
