Founder of Dolmama: “I will be deprived of my business without any reason”
Founder of Dolmama restaurant is surprised at the clarification of Yerevan Municipality, that until today “Local Developers” company implements process of purchase of available properties and hasn’t presented any plan connected with the construction of the area to Yerevan Municipality. “Won’t it be right to know the intention of the developer beforehand, before granting him a right to use the area? If without any appropriate explanation the developer has a right to take it from another owner, nothing will hinder him so that his actions aren’t relevant to our state needs. It means, I will be deprived of my business without any reason,” Zhirayr Avanyan told “A1+”. The Municipality noted that it hadn’t granted permission for demolition of the buildings in that territory. Zhirayr Avanyan is also interested which are 4 monument-buildings maintained in the center of Yerevan.
