The Turkey-Armenia Protocols will not be sent to the Armenian parliament before the decision of the Constitutional Court.

The parliament held hearings today with the theme "The Broadcasting Digitalization Process and the Consequences of its Implementation in Armenia".

"The agreements between Armenia and Turkey are reflected in the Protocols that were signed on October 10 in Zurich and there are no preconditions," said Balayan.
