Responds to Turkish Minister
Head of the Media Relations division of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs Tigran Balayan rushed to respond to the claims that Turkish Foreign Minister has set preconditions for the normalization of Turkish-Armenian relations.
"The agreements between Armenia and Turkey are reflected in the Protocols that were signed on October 10 in Zurich and there are no preconditions. We are going to go along with the propositions stated in the Protocols," said Balayan.
