No “active” discussions at the National Assembly?
The Turkey-Armenia Protocols will not be sent to the Armenian parliament before the decision of the Constitutional Court, said president of the NA standing committee on state and legal issues David Harutyunyan.
According to him, discussions on the Turkey-Armenia Protocols will be held in different formats in Armenia and Turkey "because each side has its own issues on the agenda".
Mr. Harutyunyan mentioned that the Republican Party of Armenia, the National Security Council and the parliament have already held serious discussions on the issue.
"In other words, Turkey is taking the first steps in terms of discussions, while we have already taken certain steps," said Mr. Harutyunyan.
Let us remind that the parliament began discussions on the Turkey-Armenia Protocols yesterday.
