First Instance Court of Yerevan's Kentron and Nork-Marash districts will hear the case of editor-in-chief of Haykakan Zhamanak daily Nikol Pashinian on October 20.

Advocates say Judge Mnatsakan Martirosian should take a legal step - dismiss the case.

"We do not expect the judge to administer justice as he has a biased approach to the deadly clashes of March 1-2, 2008," Advocate Lusine Sahakian told A1+.

"Pashinian's case involves opposition leaders' telephone conversations of March 1, 2007.

There is no evidence proving Pashinian's guiltiness," added the advocate.

Remind that Nikol Pashinian is charged under Articles 225 and 316 of the RA Criminal Code.
