No Iranian gas to Armenia
Iranian gas flow to Armenia has stopped since the morning of November 11. According to press speaker for the "ArmRusGazard" company, Shushan Sardaryan, the gas flow stopped due to an accident on the main Kapan-Kajaran 500mm diameter gas pipeline. As a result, residents of the Kapan region have not been receiving gas since 3 p.m. today.
The "TransGas" company is working on repairing the pipeline and restoring gas supply.
According to preliminary data, the restoration will end on the eve of November 13. Let us remind that the gas from Iran is not for consumption and there will be no issue concerning gas supply with the end of gas flow from Iran. Iran will start exporting the gas as soon as the technical difficulties have been overcome.
