Inga and Anush Arshakyans will most probably make it to the finals, say international bookmaker offices accepting bids on the "EuroVision-2009" song contest.

The first semi-final will be held this evening in Moscow where singers from 18 countries will face-off for the 10 spots in the finals. Bookmakers give a 1.15 coefficient for the Arshakyan sisters to make it to the finals and they have a coefficient of 6.00 for going beyond the finals.

The favorite for today's semi-final is Turkey whose coefficient for winning is 1.90. Coming in at second is Bosnia with 4.20, while Malta closes the top three with a 6.00 coefficient.

Bookmakers are already accepting bids for the winner of the finals. The top favorite is Norway with a 2.20 coefficient and France comes in next with a 4.20 coefficient. This year singer Patricia Kas will represent France and many experts say that she is the top contender. Armenia is not considered winner of this year's "EuroVision-2009". However, bookmakers have set a rather high coefficient of 17.00 for Armenia's victory.

Armenia has been in the top ten in the past three years. In 2006 and 2007, singers Andre and Hayko placed 8th, while Sirusho was in 4th place during the 2008 contest. Unlike previous contests, this time a jury will determine the winner along with the viewers.
