"ARAVOT" NEWSPAPER UNDERGOES CENSORSHIP
Support A1+!“Aravot” newspaper weren’t distributed today among bookstalls. Whole printing of 5,000 copies disappeared. The newspaper editorial board says the issue contained an article related to the republic prime minister’s closest associates.
The missing number expected to be issued later. However, editorial board says there is a leak of information in the printing house. That’s why newly printed issue may face the same fate as the previous one. The incident is a convincing evidence of censorship enforced in Armenia, as it is the second time the newspaper’s entire printing has disappeared.
