Unless Armenia is "occupied" by Russia, Armenia should not have to make serious changes


Actress Tamar Hovhannisyan doubts that the events of April last year in Armenia may be considered a revolution. At a meeting with journalists today, the actress said that if some branches of the state structure are not subjected to drastic changes after the revolution, it is difficult to call what happened as a revolution. "If the same justice is functioning so far, we can say that a revolution has not taken place yet."
