Ararat Khandoyan, brother of member of “Sasna Dzrer” group Arayik Khandoyan, stayed one day in a cell with broken windows. “After the visit of HRD representatives he was transferred to his cell,” Ara Gharagyozyan, advocate of Ararat Khandoyan, told “A1+”. The advocate today has visited him as well as submitted an application to the Chief of Nubarashen prison. Ara Gharagyozyan demands a clarification from Serob Harutyunyan why Ararat Khandoyan, who receives treatment, was transferred to that kind of cell. Ararat Khandoyan, who has many health problems, is accused of use of violence against the government representative in Khorenatsi Street on July 20. He doesn’t accept the charge levied against him.
