The “You Won’t Pass It” pressure group has started its planned march to the National Assembly building in Baghramyan Avenue. The demonstrators announced that they are going to hold a picket and say “NO” to the constitutional amendments. Though the group believes that the legislature will vote in favour of the bill, they say it will not discourage them or prevent them from continuing the protest. Several citizens are now heading for Baghramyan Avenue. They were hardly able to get out of Liberty Square where they were met with a heavy police presence intent on preventing the march. The group says the march has been sanctioned.
