Tsakhkashat resident: We are ready for anything (video)
Lights in the village of Tsakhkashat in Lori marz go out whenever there is the least wind, even a slight breeze. Villagers fear that old, worn-out and shaky utility poles may fall down at any moment. “We are ready for anything as if we were at war,” says one of the local residents.
