Церемония вручения мандатов депутатам НС: ПРЯМОЙ ЭФИР (видео)

В здании Национального академического театра оперы и балета стартовала торжественная церемония вручения мандатов избранным депутатам. На этот раз порядок вручения изменен. Мандаты депутатам будет вручать не председатель ЦИК Тигран Мукучян, а избиратели. Из 13 избирательных участков путем жеребьевки были избраны проголосовавшие граждане, и по 2 избирателя из проголосовавших впервые. Мандат будет вручать и самый пожилой избиратель.
