The visit of the OSCE Minsk group co-chairs to Karabakh was postponed due to unfavorable weather conditions. The co-chairs intended to leave for Karabakh by helicopter tomorrow.

Today the Parliament did not put the RA draft law on «Amendments to the Regulations of the National Commission on Television and Radio» to vote. Tigran Torosyan called on the “«stubborn groups» not to complain and to demand to take back the draft but to make clear-cut suggestions.

Russia stops air, land, sea, railway and postal communication with Georgia, Russian Ministry of Transportation informs. The ban immediately followed the announcement of Georgia according to which they intend to give the four Russian officers who are suspected in espionage to the representatives of OSCE. The officers were arrested last week.

Of all the members of the Committee only the oppositional deputies and member of the People’s Deputy faction Hakob Hakobyan were interested in the discussion of the issue.

The residents of the “reconstruction zones” of the capital who have been deprived of their houses due to “state needs” arrived at the National Assembly building earlier than the deputies.
