INDIAN FOREIGN MINISTER IN ARMENIA

Armenian President Robert Kocharyan on Tuesday received Indian Foreign Minister Digvijai Singkh, who arrived in Armenia for two-day visit. Mr. Singkh was also received by his Armenian counterpart Vardan Oscanyan and Armenian National Assembly vice-speaker Tigran Torosyan. HOVIK ABRAHAMYAN WILL TAKE THE PLACE OF PM

From July 14 till August 6 Armenian PM Andranik Margaryan will go on leave. He will leave for Moscow for a week, and he will pass the main part of his holiday in Armenia. CEC HELD SESSION

The first session of Central Election Commission in new composition was held today. Election of Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary was on the session agenda. The election was uncontested. Only one candidate for each of above-mentioned posts was put up. Hamlet Abrahamyan and Anna Alexanyan were re-elected unanimously and Garegin Azaryan became the CEC Chair.
