On July 12 president Robert Kocharyan signed a decree on relieving Volodia Avagyan of his post for Prosecutor of Shirak Province under his own application.

Being guided by Armenian Constitution and basing on the conclusion of Justice Council, Kocharyan signed a decree on appointing judges for the first instance courts and the Review Court.

Under the decree, Armen Danielyan was nominated judge of the Review Court on Criminal and Military Cases, being relieved from the post of judge of the First Instance Court of Gegharkunik Province.

Aghvan Petrosyan was appointed the judge of Gegharkunik’ First Instance Court.
