A festive ceremony of awarding ranks to 32 civil workers, who passed a proper training, was held today.

After adoption of Civil Service Law, from December 1, 2002 all those specialists included in the list of civil workers’ positions within three years ought to undergo compulsory training aimed at upgrading their qualification to be given a rank.

Under the schedule set, beginning from 2003 one third of total number of civil workers will pass the training annually. Also 18 civil workers are to be given rank by the end of the year.
