French Ambassador to Armenia: This will be an opportunity to promote the role of French language in Armenia
French Ambassador to Armenia Jean François Charpentier issued a statement on holding the next summit of the International Organization of La Francophonie in Armenia. The 16th summit of La Francophonie held in Antananarivo unanimously adopted a decision to hold the next summit of heads of states of the International Organization of La Francophonie in Armenia in 2018. I warmly congratulate Armenia for the decision and for its commitment towards the shared values and ideas of La Francophonie. I have no doubt that this will be an opportunity to promote the role of French language in Armenia”.
