Harutyun Kushkyan relieved of his post
According to his own application, Harutyun Kushkyan, the Minister of Health of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, has been relieved of his position. “At his own expense he bought a device for Stepanakert hospital, with the help of which stent is placed in human’s vessels. That service has operated for already a year, and it operates well. The privileges are high. New hospitals have been opened in the NKR regions, obstetric services have become free and a number of reforms have been carried out,” Shushan Hunanyan, spokesperson of Harutyun Kushkyan, told “A1+”. At the same time the spokesperson informed that during those two years the Minister lived far from his family- in hotel “Armenia”.
