Under a March 26 decree of President Robert Kocharian Vahan Ter-Ghevondian was dismissed from the position of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Lebanon.

HAMLET TADEVOSYAN AWARDED POSTHUMOUSLY
Under a March 26 decree of President Robert Kocharyan the Commander of the motorized infantry battalion #1030 of the Police Troops of the Republic of Armenia, Mayor Hamlet Tadevosyan was posthumously awarded with an Order of the Combat Cross of the Second Degree for courage and self-sacrifice demonstrated while defending public order.
HONORARY TITLES CONFERRED ON ART AND CULTURE WORKERS
For notable contribution to the field of theatre and on the occasion of the International Theatre Day, on March 26 President Robert Kocharyan signed a decree on conferring Honorary Titles on a number of workers of culture and art.
PROFESSOR AWARDED WITH MEDAL OF HONOUR
Today under a decree of Armenia's Prime Minister Serzh Sarkissian Professor Hovhannes Saruhanian, Advisor of the Department of Surgery of Yerevan State Medical University and Doctor of Medicine, was awarded with a medal of honor after the RA Prime Minister on his 70th anniversary for his great contribution to the field of medicine.
