OSKANIAN TO LEAVE FOR MOSCOW

On March 27 Armenia's Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian leaves for Moscow to participate in the sitting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers due on March 28.

The agenda includes discussions on the draft project of arrangements dedicated to the 65th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War, the implementation of the doctrine of ensuring information security for 2008-2010, as well as intensification of cooperation directed at fighting illegal drug trafficking.

Issues related to the conduct of consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of CIS member states and the main arrangements for the accomplishment of the doctrine of further development of the CIS will be discussed.
