There is detained as result of explosion (video)
A citizen is arrested for escaping with a Range Rover, which belongs to former deputy of the National Assembly, businessman Melik Manukyan's guard. A1 + was informed by the police. The car was found and returned.
Earlier, at 12:17pm, the 911 emergency hotline received a call that an explosion had taken place on Yerevan-Sevan motorway in Armenia.
