ARMENIAN-RUSSIAN RELATIONS ARE ON HIGH LEVEL

Various countries Ambassadors in Armenia, Parliament speaker, Parliament Foreign Relations Commission head and some deputies were there.
The Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Vardan Oskanyan greeted the guests in Russian. By the way, Oskanyan's Russian was notable for English pronunciation. Russian Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Vyacheslav Trubnikov made a speech. He conveied Russian president Putin's message to Vardan Oskanyan. Trubnikov noted that "we were "doomed" to be neighbours and live together". This must always be taken into consideration when relations are established. Both sides think that Armenian-Russian relations are on high level.
