It is mainly said in the speech of BHK President Gagik Tsarukyan: “Dear partners, I want to inform you that today I will meet Levon Ter-Petrosyan and Raffi Hovhannisyan. We will discuss a full package of joint actions. Before presenting our main actions, I want to turn to the speech of the famous person. I want to stress that my speech isn’t directed to him but to the people. Dear compatriots, We all know very well in what condition the country and its citizens are today and who is responsible for that. During recent years all my steps have been directed to the discussion of issues on the political level and find solutions to them. I have seen the solution in political changes. I have done everything for uniting all major political powers and politicians. I have had my own rules- not to offend, not to have personal hatred, as our main goal is to help the country and the people. Now I want to highlight, my approach hasn’t been changed since yesterday. We will remain committed to our working style. Hysterical and emotional behavior isn’t for us. I haven’t seen concern about our country’s development and solution to the problems of the people in the speech of the person, who holds the office of President. And now I will answer those questions which were directed personally to me about dismissing me from the Security Council. I want to say that I haven’t worked in that institution for already six months and simply haven’t left it with his personal request. I want to be honest, I was suggested many variants of cooperation, even personal beneficial suggestions including the President’s post after changing the constitution. All the suggestions were rejected. What relates to the personal insult, I will answer, I won’t stoop to such a low level. And now about the actions. There is a situation, which demands a solution. I am sure that the only solution is full regime change through early Presidential elections. Dear compatriots! Get ready for fight!”
