MARCH 28 - MOURNING DAY IN ARMENIA
Support A1+!Under the March 26 decree of RA President Robert Kocharyan, March 28 was declared as a Mourning Day throughout Armenia in connection with the death of RA Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan.
The RA ministries, departments, marzpets and the Yerevan Municipality were ordered to lower the RA state flag in Armenia and in oversea diplomatic corps of the Republic of Armenia.
