$ 100 million loan from Russia
The Russian government will give Armenia a state loan of up to $ 100 million. This agreement was approved today at a government session. The agreement is provided for the financing of supplies of military products of Russian production. The Armenian side will pay the main debt for 15 years. The first payment will be made in 2023, on May 15. The loan is issued at an annual interest rate of 3%.
