86-year-old Albert Makyan demands not to destroy his house, which is in the area of eminent domain. 23 people live in this house including 11 underage children. He has written it on the wall of his house. On November 20, 2008 this area was recognized an eminent domain. “City Center Development” CJSC obtained the territory. The latter signed an agreement with Albert Makyan in April, 2009 according to which it obtains about 1000 sq m. of real estate. In return 5 flats from the building under construction on Hanrapetutyan 33 must have been given to the family. “We waited a year, two years, nothing was built.” Albert Makyan even destroyed a part of the house and now lives in the house pantry together with his wife. He notes that he has never thought that at the age of 86 he must fight for having a flat. The Makyans came from Baku in 1988 and settled at Hanrapetutyan 44. More- in the video
