Gevorg Kostanyan hasn’t given details where in the Republic of Armenia, which has a Russian military base, Valeri Permyakov will be judged, “It isn’t important whether it will be in the territory of the military base or not, the important fact is that he is judged in the territory of the Republic of Armenia.” The fact is that Permyakov is in the hands of Russians in the jail of the military base.
