171 PACE delegates joined the written declaration on “Commemoration of Centennial of the Armenian Genocide” authored by French delegate René Rouquet by paying tribute to the memory of 1.5 million innocent victims.

Levon Zurabyan made a speech at the PACE plenary sitting, after which with his suggestion the participants of the PACE plenary sitting honored the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims with a minute of silence.
