Negotiations on transfer of Armenian enterprises to Russia in the framework of Debt Regulation Agreement are not being conducted, Mediamax agency cited the Armenian Minister of Economics and Trade Karen Chsmarityan. The pre-agreement dated 29 December 2001 upon Regulation of Debt of Armenia to Russia is to be approved by the governments of Russian Federation and Republic of Armenia.

Congratulating Armenian women on March the 8 th president Robert Kocharyan wished them to be included more in the various fields of social and state life in future and do their best to support our country prosperity.

President Robert Kocharyan sighed 3 laws passed by the Parliament which are on the "Local referendum", "Maintenance of the arrested and the imprisoned people" as well as the law to make amendments on "The Armenian Republic citizens' providing with the state pension" law.

The prime-minister of Armenia Andranik Margaryan sent the Armenian women a message on March the 8 th - the Women World day. The message says that the Armenian Government does and will keep on doing its best to solve the women's problems and support their wellbeing.

President Kocharyan hosted today the newly appointed permanent coordinator of the UN Armenian office Mr Joel Budro. The latter handed to the president the message of the UN Secretary General Koffie Anan. Mr Budro considered the process of democratic reforms in Armenia as positive.
