Negotiations on transfer of Armenian enterprises to Russia in the framework of Debt Regulation Agreement are not being conducted, Mediamax agency cited the Armenian Minister of Economics and Trade Karen Chsmarityan.

The pre-agreement dated 29 December 2001 upon Regulation of Debt of Armenia to Russia is to be approved by the governments of Russian Federation and Republic of Armenia.
