Extraordinary session on “mandatory” issue (video)
Extraordinary session will held in the NA, which agenda will be comprised of three demands- no payments until September 30, all the money paid during these three months is subject to return, no employer is subject to sanctions independent of the fact that the mandatory was charged or not. During “I am against” session said Artsvik Minasyan. Minasyan informed that they are intended drawing new lawsuit in the Administrative Court on SRC order that the money must be counted and charged automatically. Artsvik Minasyan condemned the position of all those officials, who tried humiliating the CC decision and now are in “illegal process” trying to convince that the mandatory must be charged until September 30. “The money isn’t subject to charging,”- he announced. He noted that by Constitution Article 3 human right operates directly and the CC recorded that there was a violation of human property right. It means that the mandatory can’t operate. Artsvik Minasyan cited a number of legal provisions to prove that the CC decision is not ambiguous and the mandatory mustn’t be charged since CC decision. “We are strong as we are guided by constitutional norms, by the Constitution,”- said Artsvik Minasyan.
