Members of Dem am press group leave letter for acting minister (video)
Members of Dem am (I am against) civil movement have gathered outside the Ministry of Finance, demanding a meeting with the Ministry officials. They gave ten minutes to them to come out and listen to their demands, otherwise, the group threatened to take concrete steps. Ten minutes later, three members of the initiative group campaigning against the mandatory funded pension reform were allowed to enter the building a leave a letter for the acting minister. Dem am demands that the Ministry comply with the decision of the Constitutional Court that recognized several disputed provisions of the pension law as unconstitutional and not make fund deductions from employees’ salaries until Sept. 30.
