Vladimir Gasparyan about maturity certificates
Police head Vladimir Gasparyan within the frames of regional meetings plan visited Vayots Dzor region and had meetings in Police regional departments and administration. Related with the works with teenagers, the Police head noted, that there is a phenomenon in schools that a pupil, who doesn’t attend lessons or is away from republic, moves from class to class and gets maturity certificate, which spoils teenager’s psychology and creates opportunity to escape from military service. Vladimir Gasparyan demanded to be uncompromising towards such displays. Police head demanded careful attitude towards citizens and good quality work especially from public service departments’ employees- community police, passport, registration-examination sectors and road police. Analyzing positive dynamics in the fight against crimes’ hiding from registration and giving evidence by violence, Police head noted that in spite of the achievements, public reliance level towards Police isn’t sufficient. And as an example Vladimir Gasparyan noted the reality that some victims avoid applying to the Police. Turning to the characteristics of service management in Jermuk city, Police head stressed the importance of Patrol Service’s “angels” unit formation necessity: the officers will have higher education, will know foreign languages, first aid measures and so on. Police
