“The investigator owned a considerable amount of property”
According to the S. B. information on materials prepared by the Special Investigation Service of the RA a criminal case was instituted based on the RA CC Article 179, 2nd part point 1. According to the prisoner S. B., in the frames of criminal case instituted in the RA Police Investigation department, the investigator took his cell phone and money and despite all his demands, he owned them. Investigation is underway. SIS
