Karen Avagyan remembered Krylov’s “Quartet” fable (video)
HAK-BHK-Heritage-Dashnaktsutyun political quartet though tries to play jointly, dissonance is so big, that no music is produced. Parliament opposition quartet reminds Krylov’s famous fable “Quartet”, “А вы, друзья, как ни садитесь, Все в музыканты не годитесь.” They don’t trust each other in the quartet, and there is a problem of first violin, which they don’t want to voice. All these powers distinguished in their political history with disappointing the allies and the public in fatal moments, being involved in political deals. In this four-part group without a conductor everybody sings and plays what he wants, one- old forgotten songs, the other bad learned new ones, which are not included in their repertoire.
