The arrest order of Ukraine’s failed president Viktor Yanukovich was released in Ukraine, where Yanukovich and other authorities of the country are accused of mass murder of protestors. Temporary replacement of Ukraine’s Inner Affairs Ministry deputy Arsen Avagov made a statement on the arrest order of Yanukovich on Monday. According to Avagov, Yukovich was last seen in Crimea, though the place of the failed president is now unknown. The EU's Foreign and Security Policy commissioner Catherine Ashton will visit Ukraine on Monday where he will meet the temporary authorities of the country. According to Ashton’s office, during the visit to Kiev they will discuss how the EU can support Ukraine’s political and economic stability. Ukraine’s government appointed government’s speaker Alexander Turchinov a temporary president of the country according to the voting results of special session on Sunday. U.S. President Barack Obama's administration warned about the unacceptability of the Russian invasion to Ukraine.
